Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using myvintrust.com (the “Service”), operated by MyVinTrust. By purchasing a report or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MyVinTrust is an independent vehicle history report provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of NMVTIS, any state Department of Motor Vehicles, Carfax, or AutoCheck. Reports are compiled from title records, state registration data, and reported accident and salvage databases.
MyVinTrust reports are compiled from third-party data sources. While we work to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that every report is complete or error-free — coverage and reporting depth vary by state, and not every incident involving a vehicle is reported to the databases we draw from. Reports are intended as one tool among several a buyer should use when evaluating a used vehicle, not a substitute for a professional pre-purchase inspection.

When using MyVinTrust, you agree not to:
– Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
– Attempt to resell, redistribute, or republish reports obtained through the Service without authorization
– Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service or submit VINs in bulk without our prior written consent
– Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
The MyVinTrust name, logo, website design, and report formatting are the property of MyVinTrust. The underlying vehicle history data is licensed from third-party providers and is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use in evaluating a specific vehicle purchase.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyVinTrust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on a report, including but not limited to losses related to a vehicle purchase decision. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MyVinTrust operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
